MindTouch v10.0.5 RC1
We’ve just wrapped up the development cycle for the MindTouch 10.0.5 RC1 release. The MindTouch Community Portal has been updated and is running the latest bits.
If you’d like to help us test RC1 please switch to the following SVN branch:

The following bugs were fixed for 10.0.5 RC1:

- MT-8619 — DekiAPI extension not working correctly on HTTPS sites
- MT-8754 — Double curlies inside script-jem blocks are not parsed as DekiScript
- MT-8982 — Webkit: tabbing to create a new table row jumps cursor into the weeds.

Tip & Tricks: Editor Edition
Do you want to speed up your content authoring experience with MindTouch? CKEditor is compliant with several standards on accessibility and keyboard shortcuts. This means that you can gain access to much of the toolbar functionality without ever touching your mouse!
Hit Alt+0 in the editor to get instructions or see Accessibility Features Guide. We also added some key shortcuts so you can quickly save your content, create links, lists, and more.
If you use Ctrl+V to paste content, there are some configuration options which can be useful to cleanup your pasted content. By default, we strip any inline styles when pasting in Webkit browsers. You can change this behavior or enable it for all other browsers. You can also use filter options to cleanup content which was copied from MS Office.
Are you still use mouse? Then you should know that double click on links, images and any other object like form elements would open corresponding dialog.
For the developers, CKEditor is driven by a plugin based architecture. This flexibility allows you to write your own plugins for new features or use one of existing third-party plugins or plugins that ship with MindTouch. We provide several plugins which are not enabled by default. You can optionally enable these or even disable any unwanted plugins from your MindTouch Control Panel’s Editor Configuration page.

MindTouch 10.0.4 Released & Ready for Download
MindTouch version 10.0.4 is the latest stabilization release for the Olympic family of products (MindTouch Technical Communication Suite v10, MindTouch Platform v10, MindTouch Core v10). We highly recommend you upgrade to 10.0.4 to benefit from the fixes addressed in this release:

The 10.0.4 release is available via updateWiki.sh (for VM users) or can be downloaded as a source tarball, RPM, DEB, and MSI or from the MindTouch downloads page.
UPDATE ON WIK.IS DECOMISSIONING
What
“Wik.is” sites will be decommissioned in 51 days.
Why
In 2007, MindTouch stepped in to rescue wiki-dot-com site owners facing an abrupt domain shutdown. As you may recall, MindTouch volunteered to take over the hosting and migrate all wiki-dot-com sites to the wik.is domain. January marks four full years that MindTouch has been absorbing the hosting and maintenance costs of wik.is. Unfortunately we can’t continue to provide this free service.
Wik.is sites are running on an older, outdated version of MindTouch software. If you chose to migrate to our Cloud offering, you can look forward to these improvements and more:
